One thing we have noticed that is missing on our website are reviews for our products. It is not only good for our customers who are thinking of making a purchase, but it also helps us as a dealer knowing what our customers think. So now, it literally will pay for you to review our parts. For each part you write a good HONEST review for, we will pay you $1. If you bought 10 different items from us and you review all 10, then we’ll send you $10. Note you can’t review the same part more than one time and you can only get paid for reviewing those parts you purchased.

It seems as the the Ryobi brand name on trimmers and blowers can create some confusion for those looking for parts.  There are two distinct Ryobi lines of products and they are different.  The original line of Ryobi products was an off shoot of Ryan and IDC.  These products were produced until 2000.  At that time, TTI purchased the Ryobi company, but only had an interest in the Ryobi brand name along with the hand held power tool line.  Since TTI already owned an handheld power equipment line in Homelite, they sold the manufacturing plant and products of the old Ryobi line to MTD.  MTD continues to manufacture these trimmers under the Bolens, Cub Cadet, Troy Bilt, Yard Machine, and MTD brands.  These are commonly found in Lowe’s.  The Ryobi brand that you see today (commonly in Home Depot) are manufactured by TTI and Homelite.  The easiest way to tell the if you have an MTD or Homelite manufactured Ryobi trimmer is by the color of the shaft.  Yellow shafts indicate that it is made by Homelite.  Note that we will be adding a full line of factory remanufactured products from TTI, including power tools (drills, saws, routers, etc.) made by Rigid and Ryobi, Homelite and Ryobi trimmer, chainsaws, blowers, pressure washers, etc, and maybe even some vacuum cleaners from Hoover and Dirt Devil.

As a company who works hard to give the best customer service to our buyers, we are appreciative of companies who meet or exceed our customer service demands.  Basch Solutions, LLC is the company who developed our website, and if anyone out there is looking for a great company to build a website for them, Basch Solutions is the company you want to contact.  We had an idea of what we wanted, but Justin and his team really worked hard for us to be absolutely certain we received the desired outcome we expected.  Their response time is incredible and they are always there to help you through all the growing pains.  Justin Basch is all about making sure you are completely satisfied with your site.  There are so so many companies out there pitching their webdesign abilities and customer service, but trust me, you won’t find a better one than Basch Solutions.  Check out some of the sites they’ve done.
