Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we really can't answer this. Delivery times vary greatly from 5 days to 4 weeks for First Class Mail packages. Other shipping methods are available, but note that the cost is significanly more. Tracking is not available for First Class International Mail.
We currently do not have parts look-up on our website, but will be adding these features in the near future. Note that many manufacturers offer the look-up features on their websites. However, you will want to come back to purchase the items from our site as our prices are better than those offered by most OEM's. Please feel free to call us and we will be happy to assist you in identifying the parts you require.
We do our best to make sure you get the parts you need, but if we erred with what we sent you, we will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and will reimburse you for the shipping costs to return the product. Either that or we will send a return shipping label with your replacement part. If the part you purchased is correct, but you decided you don't need it any longer, you may still return the item. The following conditions apply in these instances. We do not refund any shipping costs (those incurred in shipping the item to you and those for the return of the part), we do not accept returns on electrical parts, and we do charge a 20% restocking fee. No items will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
This is very difficult for us to answer. Without knowing someone's mechanical abilities or what tools they have, it is not fair for us to answer. However, here is what we can do. We have a number of do-it-yourself videos to guide you through some simple repairs. The videos won't be product specific, but they will provide you with the basics to do the work on any brand of equipment. You can also send us an email with details about what you are trying to do. We will do our best to answer you as fast as possible.
In many cases, there are differences between OEM and aftermarket. The aftermarket parts industry has grown significantly over the years with more manufactures entering the market. If we offer you an aftermarket part as a option, rest assured that it is top of the line quality. We refuse to offer any of the junk items that are out there. When we service equipment in our shop, we do not want to do a service task more than once. We can't afford to waste time and increase labor costs by doing a task more than once due to an inferior part. Today we see many OEM parts coming in made in all parts of the world, where it used to be that US equipment only had parts made in the US and Japanese equipment only had parts made in Japan. That is no longer the case.
