NEW SHIPPING RATES - The United States Postal Service (USPS) has increased their shipping rates effective January 27,2013.  Prices have double or more for many size packages.  We are sorry for this, but we have no control over shipping prices charged to us by the Postal Service.  If we can negotiate better rates with DHL, FedEx, or UPS for international shipments, we will offer them.  In the past, those rates were always much higher than Postal Service.  Once again, we are sorry for these increases.
